Version 1.1 adds in bug fixes and new functionality
Facebook v1.1 Review

Facebook was one of the first applications to pop up on the Windows Phone 7 platform, but it appeared with a number of functions the Android and iPhone brigade were now used to.
Now two of those have appeared for the Microsoft mobile OS, with Places and photo tagging now popping up as functions too.
Places is still in its infancy, but it works well on Windows Phone 7. You have to accept a few conditions to get the service up and running, but once in, the aGPS manages to throw up all the nearby places, complete with deals if you’re near a business that’s signed up.
Tagging is as easy as on any platform too – you still can’t do it on the photo gallery from the phone itself, but once uploaded you can fire up the application and tag from there with ease.
The new update also brings some bug fixes; although we did see the app crash when trying to view messages at one point it was generally accurate and speedy.
Being able to run under the lock screen is also handy functionality as it means you no longer have to mess around with restarting and resuming the application if you leave the phone unused for a few seconds.
We still need Facebook Chat functionality and the notifications panel could be a bit more attractive, but given the speed of upgrades already we’re relatively impressed.
