Goal.com is a simple, yet effective, app that gives you up to date information on a plethora of competitions around Europe. Be it the FA Cup or Ligue One, you can choose your region and keep up to date with all the current football-based goings on.
Live scores are obviously included for your delectation, and you can lob these as Live Tiles on your home screen to make it easy to see when your team is being beaten by those nobodies that got lucky when the rich man bought them.
Twitter is curiously on board as well, and once you’ve signed in you see updates about the current game and such, and bookmarks are included too to make it much more simple to get to the information you frequently check out.
We couldn’t fault the app for its range of functionality -it’s all we’re looking for in such a title, really. We would like to see the likes of the Championship in the UK included, but we guess we can’t have everything.
