Comic Strips Review
by on August 28, 2011
The internet is made up of three things today: teenagers trying to out-cool each other, porn (obviously) and funny drawings.
If only there was a way to put all those drawings together in one easy to read place – and now there is.
The Comic Strip application is immensely well populated - if you’ve ever browsed strips on the internet you’ll probably find it here, and loads more you haven’t heard of.
Managing them on the screen can be a slightly tricky task though, as you’ll need to zoom in and out a bit to get them to the correct and legible size.
We’re also disappointed about the time it takes some of them to load, even over Wi-Fi as suggested – it’s infuriating when we’re trying to get our daily fix.
But being able to set favourites and easily browse the comics we’re interested (when they load correctly) is ace and with a few tweaks, this will easily be a ‘must-have’ application.
