Google Mobile App
Adds a shortcut to Google’s online applications right in your Windows Mobile’s home screen.
Google Mobile App Review

This small free app does the seemingly useful thing of adding a shortcut bar to both your phone’s Home screen and its Today page. If however you were expecting the rather resplendent online applications the iPhone is blessed with think again.
The Windows Mobile versions are a repugnant reminder of how behind the mobile-times Microsoft has left this platform. The crude renderings of your usual beautiful Google Mail and Google Calendar cut these back to the bare-bones levels on functionality, while Google Documents becomes a viewer only application.
Perhaps the most usable part is the RSS reader but even this is something of a mess as it desperately tries to render overly long headlines on the limited screen. Of course these are just the mobile versions you can link directly to anyway but the point remains that these are a crude-shadow of what’s available on other platforms and also as standalone forms.
