Get the latest news on your Bada handset
AP Mobile is a widget-based Bada app from news agency Associated Press – designed to give you the latest news garnered from thousands of sources around the globe. Many subject areas are covered including sports, entertainment and off-the-wall news as well as access to Associated Press photo galleries and video too.
The app is fairly configurable, so you can choose your key news category for quick access and save stories for later reading. There’s also a good search, too. You can also share stories with friends as well as rate news and see the stories that others have rated the rated the highest.
This app is decidedly US-centric, but if it’s a general look at world news you need, you’ll still find what you want. If you’d rather see just UK-specific reading fodder, you’ll surely be better off with a BBC widget instead. As an example of design, AP Mobile is well put together and works rapidly – we like it a great deal.
