Plan journeys on the London Underground
London Tube Review
by on October 23, 2010
This is a typical Bada app – functional, but with limited bells and whistles. It will help you to find the most efficient route to your destination on the Tube. In the main part of the interface you simply choose your departure and destination by selecting the station – the plan for your journey will then appear on the results page, with full details provided.
The app will give you the duration of the journey, the number of stations you’ll go through, and the number of transfers you’ll need to make during your trip.
It’s not the best London Underground app we’ve seen when you include other platforms such as the iPhone, but it is still pretty usable and if you use the Tube to visit far-flung stations off your commuter route you’ll probably think it’s worth the £1 you’ll need to shell out. Plus they’ll be no more standing by the tube map looking like you don’t have a clue where you’re going – and that’s got to be a plus.
