Get the latest celebrity news - if that floats your boat
OK! Magazine Review
by on February 11, 2011
This app was released first on Christmas Eve and provides a method for accessing the latest celebrity dross from OK! Magazine.
It’s categorised as an e-book on the Samsung Apps store, but that’s about as accurate a description as calling a spade a fork. There is a widget attached to the app, so should you really want to, you can see content popping up on your home screen. ‘First for UK celebrity news!’ is the tagline here, but all we see is loads of news about presumably normal people. After all, we’ve never actually heard of any of them. Sam Attwater? The Wanted? Alex Reid? Matt Cardle? Seriously, there is a lot of crap here that, quite frankly, we never want to see.
You might want to, but it’s our opinion that’s important here, so that’s why this only gets a single star from us. And, when we checked, it also had a big fat zero in terms of user ratings. We thought content was supposed to be king?
