Calculate your Body Mass Index
This simple app is nothing to do with the airline – instead it helps you calculate your Body Mass Index. Simply input your height and weight and the app will do the rest for you. You can change only one setting – changing between SI units (Kg and cm), Imperial units (lbs and inches) or lbs and feet.
When the app calculates your BMI, it will give you the figure and tell you where that rates in the grand scheme of things – hopefully you’ll come out normal, but the app will warn you if you’re considered seriously underweight, underweight or overweight.
Indeed, if you’re considered obese, it will even tell you what class of obese you actually are. A basic app then, but you can hardly criticise it for doing what it’s supposed to and little else.
