Er, walk while typing. Really

This intriguing but rather simple app uses your phone’s camera to show what’s on the other side of your phone – so when you’ve a text to tap out, you’re not going to go slap bang into the first lamppost you come across. Sounds ridiculous?
Well, it is to a certain extent, but it does work. However, it doesn’t work behind normal apps, though you are able to send a text directly from the app.
WalkAndWrite will let you send emails with the text as well as copying it to be used in other programs. A rather simple app then, but one you may find useful.
Or you could just stop walking along of course. And we certainly wouldn’t recommend using this in any instance where you need to have your wits about you; the camera certainly has a delay on it – so not for crossing the road then!
