YogaCoach does what it says on the tin, and means you can get to grips with yoga wherever, whenever.

This £1 app is designed to be a tutor to help you learn various yoga positions.
There are animations to help you get to grips with a variety of positions and tips to practice Yoga on a daily basis. Learning is intentionally slow-paced with step-by-step hands-on instructions and plenty of reinforcement.
The idea of the app is to help you keep fit without you having to be subjected to exercise in front of a room full of strangers, which is often the most embarrassing thing about starting a new exercise regime or activity!
You can scroll through the different poses available and learn them gradually rather than feeling under pressure.
This is very much a beginner’s app though, so if you’re more advanced, it probably isn’t for you.
