Wellness Diary Beta Review
by on February 11, 2011
This is a Beta app from the Nokia Labs and, as such, is still effectively in development – don’t be surprised if there are a few rough edges. The idea is that you can record details of your physical activity each day, the idea being that you get into a healthy routine over a period of time.
The app is very well designed and is hardly a chore to use – the only little issue that we had was that the app seemed rather slow on our N97 Mini. You can set yourself fitness targets (of course, you should set something you can meet) as well as track your progress on a graph over a period of time.
The app enables you to track different variables, too – obviously there’s weight information you can enter, but you can also track how many hours of sleep you had, what food you ate and any smoking or drinking if applicable.
