The awful but good talent show returns with an app
The X-Factor Review

Kill us now, but The X-Factor is back! And the accompanying app is designed for obsessives who want that extra content you simply can’t get from the hours of footage on ITV1 and ITV2.
The app brings you the latest videos, photos and news from the show. According to the bumph we were sent on the app, the video means “can check out Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue’s latest outfits.” We’re in!
The app also includes a rating function, while you’re also able to keep up with breaking news on the show’s contestants and share the crucial info with others vie email, Facebook and Twitter.
The app is clearly very orientated towards the social side of things – you can also store your favourite moments from the show and win prizes by taking part in competitions through the app. But best of all, according to Nokia, there will be exclusive content for owners of The X-Factor mobile apps in due course. Can’t wait.
