Some good ideas, but it's got some problems we want to see nixed soon.

This app will find nearby woodlands and forests, showing you what there is to do and see at each. To get directions to a site, it flips you over into Maps, but because ForestXplorer doesn’t support multitasking it won’t remember what you were looking at when you switch back. Bah. There’s an Ordnance Survey map of the woodland in question, though when you zoom in the quality deteriorates the closer in you go. Bah again.
There’s also a GPS Trails entry on each site’s screen, though this takes you to a general list, not routes specific to the site you were viewing. It’s a great start, but let’s see the niggles ironed out!
