All you need to have a great summertime barbecue, packaged up in a thoughtful interface

iBBQ Review

by on February 9, 2012

Fancy a good barbie this summer? Of course you do! iBBQ gives you everything you need to get started. It allows you to quickly check that the weather’s going to behave itself, to find nearby butchers (though annoyingly the list isn’t by any means exhaustive) and to see places that other BBQers have recommended as great locations for a charcoal-cooked dinner out.

It does more besides, so you won’t need anything else to have a great summertime barbecue, and we really like the thoughtful interface. It’s a great example of an app that brings together everything you need in one gorgeous place.

Absurdly challenging, sometimes brutal, but frequently brilliant (especially on the iPad); just be aware of what you’re letting yourself in for. (Sob.)
