WeightBot is a pretend virtual robot that wants to stop you eating. And he will succeed.

Nobody likes dieting. If they say that they do, then they are lying. However, if you really do need to shed that beer-gut, what better way to do it than have your own personal WeightBot on your iPhone to encourage you to stop eating all those pies!
WeightBot is a weight-tracking robot, with its developer claiming that losing weight has “never been more fun” than it is with this iPhone app. Well, we’re not sure we would go all that far, but it certainly helps to have something useful in your pocket to structure your weight-loss programme.
Tell WeightBot your goal weight, then input your weight at regular intervals and you can then see your progress on a graph within the app. You can, should you wish, weigh yourself on a daily basis, but most weight-loss experts would advise that you weigh yourself once a week or so, as your weight can fluctuate quite a lot from day to day.
Just as with Nintendo’s hugely popular Wii Sports, it really does help to be able to view your progress over time, and it is surprisingly encouraging how useful this virtual robotic friend turns out to be in helping you shed those pounds!
