Push-ups are the mainstay of any bedroom-based fitness regime. They are also incredibly hard, unless you train your arms and your body properly. Yet it can be done. If you follow the tips and the rules set out in the Hundred PushUps app you too could soon be knocking off a hundred push-ups without breaking a sweat.
Admittedly, we made that bit up about the sweat.But the idea of training your body to finally be able to do something that it has never been able to achieve previously has to appeal to most men. Particularly those that have seen every Rocky movie five times over…
The app sets out a six week training program to teach you have to complete a hundred consecutive push ups. You will need to set aside 30 minutes a week to achieve this. And, it goes without saying, an iron will.
Once you get into the swing of the programme you can keep your mates informed of your progress via the app’s Facebook integration features. And if becoming Rocky doesn’t impress the ladies, then we are really not sure what it is that you are doing wrong…
