Their Quit Smoking app uses money as a motivator, recording how much time has passed since your final puff and calculating how much cash you’ve saved since giving up the cancersticks. You tap in your average per-day smokes and watch the saved cash pile up on the app’s homescreen – simples.
Also bundled in with the app are the usual selection of horrible smoking statistics – smoking ages your skin, dulls your tastebuds, kills your children, etc. – as well as tips for fighting the craving while you’re giving up. Finally, if everything else goes to pot, there’s a direct link to the NHS Smoking Helpline.
