Cute and fun fruit-and-veg aggregator for health-conscious eaters.

Munch 5-A-Day Review

by on November 2, 2012

If you struggle to hit your five-a-day fix of fruit and veg (and research shows six out of seven people do), this app could improve your eating habits. Set in a colourful animated UI of fields and roaming sheep, Munch 5-a-Day helps you keep track of your consumption by the hour and set daily goals from one to 12 portions.

Tapping an icon records each ‘munch’ you achieve. Badges are the rewards for success, and winning the lot bags you a mystery prize. Flip to Landscape and a graph visualises your progress, with the option to share it over Facebook or Twitter. Cute, fun and above all good for you!
