Cubes vs Spheres
It’s a simple idea, but this is great-looking game with challenging levels that’s thoroughly addictive.

It’s not exactly Alien vs Predator, but let’s roll with it. ‘Roll’ being the apposite phrase, since the initial premise here is to roll blue spheres at an approaching army of red cubes.
A flick of the finger sends your spheres rolling along the ground or flying through the air and any cube in its way is destroyed. If three cubes manage to reach your base, it’s game over.
Victory is rewarded with credits to spend on different sphere types. There are exploding spheres, giant iron balls, ice balls that slow the cubes down and so on, and each brings something genuinely fresh to the gameplay.
There’s not a great deal of depth but it is fiendishly addictive, and it looks and sounds great.
