Most people with BlackBerrys are used to travelling around a fair bit, and we’d bet cold T3 cash that a number use the train.
If you’re like us, you’re constantly on the look out for the quickest train, which is where the Train Time Finder comes in.
Just tell it where you want to go to and it will send a request to the National Rail database to see what’s going down.
It’s very quick indeed, even over a dodgy signal – train stations auto complete as you’re typing in, making searching for your station a simple task.
Once the information is up, you can even export it to PDF to keep the timetable for later and there’s a list of your last searches if you’re often on the same train at different times.
Sadly, you can’t check prices on the current version – but when that’s fixed this will easily be a five star application.

Ragdoll Blaster 3
The iOS equivalent of a plain cheese sandwich: does the job, but it won't linger in the memory afterwards.

Some hugely impressive tools and an interface ideal for artists make this a great painting app.

The interface feels a bit out of place on iOS, but it’s a fun app, and produces interesting results.
Puzzlejuice
Absurdly challenging, sometimes brutal, but frequently brilliant (especially on the iPad); just be aware of what you’re letting yourself in for. (Sob.)
