Find a good place to eat, provided the information is there
OpenTable Review

OpenTable is designed to make it easy to find and book a restaurant, and get yourself a decent meal. the app lets you find restaurants by your location (‘Near Me’), or you can specify an area, or search for a restaurant by name. Choosing ‘Near Me’ brings up an option to specify a date and time you want to eat, the size of your group, and you can choose a maximum number of results to bring up. If you choose to browse by area, you’ll need to narrow down which region you want before selecting the date, time and so on.
The results of your search are listed by restaurant, with available booking times listed underneath, the distance from your current location, and a price bracket. You can also view a map to see exactly where the listed restaurants are.
It all worked fairly well for us, but the problem was a severe lack of options. Testing in a small city, we only got about six results, almost all of which were gastropubs. When it comes down to it, no matter how easy the app is to use (and OpenTable is very easy to use), if it doesn’t have a good range of restaurants, it’s helpfulness is limited.
