Spinning wheels to help you work out where to go for dinner – simple and effective, just the way applications are supposed to be
Urban Spoon Review

Made popular by the iPhone adverts, UrbanSpoon is one of those applications that’s so blindingly simple that everyone who uses it wonders why they didn’t invent it.
You can either use GPS or manually set your location. Then simply choose a cuisine style and the amount you’re looking to pay and spin the wheels.
You’ll be offered a suggestion for dinner in seconds and also have the chance to read reviews, see a map of the place or call ahead to book.
It’s simple, quick and seems to have every restaurant in your vicinity – after much spinning we found nearly every establishment in our area.
You can also lock the wheels prior to spinning to help narrow your choices – location and price are probably high on the list of priorities for most.
We like being able to discover new eateries without having to take out a subscription to Time Out – plus all that reading is just too darn difficult.
