WorldNews is your basic aggregation service, pulling in news headlines from publications all around the world to give you your daily news hit.
Once you’ve selected your region, there are a lot of customisable options to choose from and you can select or de-select categories as you wish.
The order of stories within the application can be a little wonky – for instance when it came to sport, WorldNews wasn’t able to keep all the articles in the right order. No, we weren’t that impressed either.
This means an older news stories was above today’s current affairs, making it hard to know what happening, when.
However, it’s not all bad as you can publish stories to Twitter, email them to yourself or a friend or even make a note of them on Facebook.
Just don’t make a big deal about doing so over and over again – it’s a sure fire way of being unfollowed by users bored of hearing you blather on about news when they could be finding lost sheep on Farmville.
