The official application from one of the top free portfolio trackers on the web makes its way over to the BlackBerry platform

The BlackBerry user may be a little stereotyped as someone who wears a suit, reads the FT and uses the commute to catch up on emailing.
Well, while that’s not really indicative of the whole user base, there are those out there that need to keep a close eye on the financial markets, and this is why Yahoo! has released this application.
You get access to a whole range of stock prices, plus news on the movement in the shares over a user-defined period of time.
The graphs work nicely with the trackpad, allowing you to scroll through and have a look at how the company has been performing.
However, we hear that while you can add in your portfolio from your Yahoo! account, there seems to be a limit to how many you can sync – we’re not that financially gifted, so we’ll stick to one.
A simple-to-use application that might be a little lightweight for some.
