Anywhere Abs Review

If you’re always on the go, then you’ll probably find it hard to find time to actually get down and do those abs crunches you keep meaning to do.
Well, perhaps it would be easier if you had 6 to do with a little timer – in that case check out Anywhere Abs.
Essentially five pictures and a timer, the application shows you which exercises it wants you to do and then gives you a time limit to keep crunching in.
As you move from ‘Beginner’ to ‘Intermediate’ to ‘Advanced’ the timer simply gets longer, and the exercises stay the same – it would have been nice to be exposed to some new and secret crunches that only advanced people know.
But it’s a good way to structure a little bit of exercise in your pocket – just make sure that people can’t see you when you’re doing the backwards leg lift.
