We all like to think of ourselves of maestros of the cocktail – no luxury beach-side terrace is complete without a well-stocked liqueur cabinet.
But in truth, the most we can muster is a vodka and Red Bull, with no ice because we haven’t filled the tray in a while.
EasyBartender isn’t the cheapest of apps, but it is certainly extensive with over 12,000 recipes listed with (relatively) easy instructions to follow.
Ingredients are easily laid out too, with the option to search by alcohol type, preparation method or even glass used when selecting your cocktail.
My Bar is a great feature too – dig out the dusty bottles at the back of your kitchen cupboards, tell the app what alcohol you have in and it will list all the cocktails you could make.
Some of the 12,000 are a little useless (we advise you to check out ‘Meat and Potatoes’ to see what we mean) and the search function and listings feel very amateur.
But for a quick reference guide on the go, it’s a great application that could turn you into the suave Bond-a-like you’ve always wanted to be.
