Genius idea works pretty well in practise
Transparent Screen is one of those eureka moments for apps – and something that you can’t quite believe has been done before. The idea for the app is simple, it makes your screen semi transparent, so if you are texting while walking then you can actually see what is in front of you.
Not only does this mean that you can avoid unfortunate things like smashing your face into a lamppost – but it is also something that looks cool so you can show it off to your friends.
The way the app works is actually really simple – it uses the camera on your smartphone then overlays whatever app you are working on on the top of this. You can do a few tweaks, like changing the transparency of the app but other than that, just load the app up and away you go.
Be warned, the app does eat into your battery but you can tap it on and off depending on what application you are working on at the time.
Transparent Screen is a great idea and should be tried by everyone at least once.
