Tumblr is home to the most creative people in the world.
Tumblr is a blogging platform for those who don’t have that much time to blog. It’s not as fast or as limited as Twitter – where you have 140 characters and not much else to have your say – but it is meant for quick and simple updates.
The beauty of Tumblr is that you can post a snippet of audio, a video, a quote in a snappy fashion. This app also lets you do this. Load it up and you have all of these upload options presented to you.
Obviously, you need a Tumblr account setup but once you have this, you can pretty much use the Android app to do all your posting.
That is if you have some patience. We did find the app to be a tad buggy. It crashed a number of times when we tried to load an image on to our Tumblr page, and sometimes the uploading of audio was slow. But it was still a decent way to blog on the go.
There’s also some limited Twitter functionality, where you can let your Twitter friends know you have updated your Tumblr. And you can also save posts in draft for posting later.
