If there’s one thing in the world that most people hate, it is the time of the month when you have to sort out the finances. Unless you are Scrooge McDuck jumping into a pool of gold coins, figuring out each month how to make ends meet is a bit of a pain.
The Mint.com application does its best to take the sting out of the business of money – allowing you to see all your accounts in one place, set budgets, see where you spend, and sort out your savings. And the best thing about it is that it is free.
The app is simple to use but there is a little bit of data input that you have to do if you want the app to work properly.
Once you do add in everything that your purchase in a month, then there’s a great screen to say where you are in the red and where you are in the green.
The app won’t make you money but it may well make your money go further – seeing your spending on the app is a great way to keep track of your finances.
