Men’s Health Workouts Review
by on October 18, 2011
If there’s one thing that Men’s Health Magazine is good at, it’s turning that perennial beer belly into a six pack you could slalom down on a frosty day. The Men’s Health Workout app for Android is your mobile guide to doing just that. There’s a detailed breakdown of exercises for each of your major body parts and a comprehensive number of activities that’ll have that your bis and tris toned to Chippendale-esque stature within weeks. There’s also a host of similarly-themed workouts which involve combining these exercises. Better still, the app will time your exploits and log-it when you’ve completed the workout. Everything is nicely designed and easy to follow, with photos that have been pulled straight from the magazine. The only caveat to the app is that you need to be in a gym, or have a sick home workout facility in order to complete most of these exercises and workouts. The exercises come directly from Men’s Health’s team of experts, so if you’re already a gym rat, tell that personal trainer to shove that £30 an hour up his toned backside, because this app is your new best friend.
