Noom Weight Loss Review

Weight loss sounds really easy. Just cut back on the Fish & Chips, and go for a run twice a week, and the excess pounds will fall off, right? Well once you’re north of 30 and your metabolism decides to go on a permanent vacation, you’re probably going to need a little technological assistance. Noom allows you to figure out an achievable plan to achieve your weight loss goals, over a certain period of time. We told the app we wanted to lose 20lbs in three months and were informed that plan would have a high risk of failure, causing us to opt for a four month plan instead. Once you’ve added your goals, you arrange a work-out programme for the week, selecting activities and times for each day. GPS and the pedometer will track your progress. After that, Noom will serve up an estimated weight loss for each week. Then it’s up to you to behave with your eating habits and tell the app what you ingest, allowing you to keep track on those all-important calories. You then check in with your weight and you can follow your progress on a graph. Noom also offers a handy widget in the notifications bar, which tells you how many calories you’ve munched that day. Perfect motivation to stay away from that industrial-sized tub of jelly beans, the app is functional, well-designed, really helpful and also free.
