JEFIT Pro Review
by on February 11, 2011
Body building doesn’t just have to be about taking steroids that make your muscles bigger and shrink your appendage. A steady exercise routine can have you looking like a Greek god in a few months – all you need is a bit of dedication and maybe an Android app or two to keep you on the right track.
JEFIT Pro is an app that’s designed for those serious about fitness and want to not just crunch the stomach but the numbers as well.
The app offers a break down of your measurements which you can tinker periodically. So you can keep a track on how big your thighs have got over the month, your arms and any other body part that you want to gain a bit of muscle. In fact there are more body stats that you can shake a protein shake at.
There is also a place where you can beat your records on reps and weight sizes and you can also look at visual guides to all kind of weight-lifting exercises.
JEFIT Pro is designed for those serious about body building, so those with a weak will and even weaker arms need not apply.
If, though, you fancy yourself as the next Schwarzenegger and want to have a body the resembles a veiny tree, then this could well be the app for you.
