Diet And Food Tracker Review

‘Make your life an adventure,’ says the app but what it really means is: cut down on the curries or you are going to get very fat indeed.
If you don’t believe it, Diet And Food Tracker will show you just how many calories your meals contain and tell you where you can change your dietary habits to help fight the flab.
It takes a few minutes to personalise the app but once this is done, it’s pretty simple to use. Each day you click on what foods you have eaten and it calculates on average how many calories you have scoffed. You can also key in the amount of exercise you have done, what your weight is and so on.
There are a number of other interesting features, including a visual version of how many cups of water you have drunk. Key in every time you have water and it will tell you when you have had enough to keep you hydrated for the day.
The app does take a lot of work to keep updated but if you stick with it then it is a rewarding one.
