Keeping a record of your meals, everything can be added via the food database. You can also track exercise, water intake, vitamins and medications. There is also a series of MyNetDiary Tools to view your progress through a series of charts and data analysis.
If you are away from your phone, you can also input meals at the MyNetDiary website which can then be synced to the app later. If you are proud of your dietary and exercise achievements you can sync your Twitter account to post updates on your progress.
This is an app packed with a real variety of information and analysis that proves that there is more to dieting than what you eat. 300,000 foods covered in the database is impressive, but when you compare that to the 1-million foods in the Diet and Food Tracker app, that is a lot of foods which need to be manually added.
But it’s the great community resource that makes this more than just an app to help you stop gobbling half your size in cakes.
