Body Fitness Review

Don’t be put off with the images of a naked torso that hit you as soon as you turn Body Fitness on – just see it as what your body will look like if you use this app.
Body Fitness gives you eight categories of exercises to choose from, each tackling a core part of the body. Touch into whichever part you want to work on and you will be given a number of different exercises to do. These include exercise with weights and other equipment as well as ones you can do sans accessories.
Choose your exercise and you will be shown a small animation of how to do it properly. There is also some blurb at the top of the app, which you can scroll through and read.
The scrolling is a little fiddly and the information given is a bit obvious, but there is a huge range of bite-sized fitness regimes to choose from.
There are also a number of workouts on offer or you can build a selection of your own favourites to create your own workout.
The only thing missing is willpower.
