Aristotle, Einstein, Gandhi, Lincoln and many others are all represented. The app presents their quotes with serious aplomb as it provides several extras and features. For each one there are relevant images plus a link to the author’s biography on Wikipedia. There’s also a random quote of the day feature as well as the ability to save the best quotes as a favourite and search for them by keyword. You can also search for quotes by author or category should you wish to, as well as share quotes with your friends via email or SMS as well as via Facebook and Twitter. And, should you want to see a quote on a daily basis, there’s even a widget to go on your Android home screen. If you like language or even have a penchant for sayings, this is a great app – not least because of the ease of searching for particular quotes you might think of or hear said.
