We have all been there: you get home from the pub and decide to use your phone to text people you really shouldn’t. Nobody should drink and text and if you don’t believe us then you just have to read a few of the missives on Texts From Last Night.
The app is a gateway into the website on your mobile. Although it has a basic layout (the app is just 723KB in size) the application does allow you to rate your favorites and submit your own texts to the site.
You can view all the newest texts and even search by keyword to see what drunken rantings have been posted on the site. Be warned: the majority of content posted on the site is of an adult nature – who new booze would bring about so many ‘interesting’ carnal shenanigans?
The best thing about Texts From Last Night (the website) is that it it something you want to read aloud to other people. So it would have been sensible to put some sort of sharing device into the app.
Unfortunately this is nowhere to be seen – which is a real shame as it would have turned this app into a must-have rather than a throwaway time waster.
Compatible with: Android 1.6 and above.
